This class is a tender, unhurried space created for mothers who have loved and lost. Through gentle yoga, meditation and womb healing, we move slowly together — honouring your grief, honouring your body and honouring the life you carried. Every breath here is an act of love. Every moment of stillness a tribute to the baby or child whose presence changed you forever.
Each month, our Quiet Meadow community will also gather together around the full moon for a gentle, intimate circle — a space to share, to reflect on the past month and to feel the warmth of women who truly understand walking alongside you.
