A gentle 30-day guarantee
The Meadow Field is a soft, sacred space, and we want you to feel it truly meets you. If it doesn't, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason. No explanation needed.
How to request a refund
Our payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to look up your order and start a refund request, or
- Email us at hello@themeadowfield.com with your order details and we'll help you.
Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds usually appear within 5โ10 business days.
Cancelling your membership
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account page. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current paid period and you won't be charged again. Cancelling on its own is not a refund โ if you'd also like your most recent payment refunded within the 30-day window, please request a refund as described above.
After the 30-day window
Outside the 30-day money-back window we're not able to guarantee refunds for past monthly payments, but you're always welcome to reach out โ Paddle's Refund Policy also applies and may cover certain situations.
