Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are a contract between you and The Meadow Field ("The Meadow Field", "we", "us", "our"), the provider of this website and the online support classes offered on it. By creating an account, becoming a member, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or, if you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. What we provide

The Meadow Field provides online, recorded and live-held classes and community spaces for women navigating pregnancy loss, infant loss and womb healing. Content is offered for emotional and reflective support only and is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

If you are in crisis or need medical or mental-health care, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud or spam;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the site, including through malware, scraping, probing or unauthorised access;
  • record, share, redistribute or publish class material, recordings, or anything another member shares within a class โ€” the meadow is a confidential space.

5. Membership and payments

Membership is a rolling monthly subscription. Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your account, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

6. Intellectual property

The site, the classes, the recordings, the written material, the branding and the underlying software are owned by The Meadow Field or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use them for your own personal, non-commercial use during your membership. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works from them.

7. Confidentiality within the meadow

The Meadow Field is a sacred, confidential space. What is shared in the meadow stays in the meadow. Breach of this confidentiality is a material breach of these terms.

8. Availability and disclaimers

We do our best to keep the service available and working well, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss (including loss of profits, data or goodwill) arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the service if you materially breach these terms (including the acceptable use and confidentiality clauses), if a payment fails and remains unpaid after retries, if we reasonably believe there is a security or fraud risk, or if you repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You can end your membership at any time from your account. When your access ends, we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Notice.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, let members know by email. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
